Foresight is a consultancy that builds its own tools, whose tools became products. Keystone is the largest of them. Harvest is the one that feeds people.
Tools born on the job
The tools exist because the consulting kept hitting the same wall. A part-numbering standard that only holds while someone watches it. Configurations named by whoever happened to make them. Rules living in a spreadsheet nobody will touch. Building the fix once, properly, then carrying it to the next engagement turned out to be better work than rebuilding a copy of it every time.
That is the whole origin of Keystone — and why its defaults match what a working engineer would have chosen at four o'clock on a Friday.
Numbers over adjectives
Measure first, version everything, ship with receipts. Claims on this site carry numbers because a number can be checked and an adjective cannot. When something is unfinished, the page says unfinished. When a tool is unsure, it says so instead of guessing.
None of that is framed here as a value. It is written down because it is the method, it is public on the services page in full, and anyone is welcome to take it and use it better.
Four marks, one koru
Every mark in the family carries a koru — the unfurling frond, a sign of new growth. Foresight is the silver koru-eye, sight and foresight drawn as one line. Keystone is the lashed toki, an adze in pounamu greenstone. Forge is the ember flame, the only place ember appears. Harvest is the woven kete in kōwhai gold, and a pāua teal does the everyday work between them.
The forms are original koru line-work rather than any iwi or hapū pattern, and the te reo Māori words here keep their macrons, which is the least a borrowed word is owed.
